ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

PMDSSIMT- While setting settlement instruction, under Payment preference LOV.
System Not displaying Debit/Credit Nostro Account even though Data Base has valid accounts.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Valid Nostro account should get listed in LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open PMDSSIMT
2. Check Debit Nostro LOV
3. Check Credit Nostro LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain SSI instruction.
