Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
In two level approval scenario having user groups with same user, transaction is authorized by same user twice.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In two level approval scenario having user groups with same user, transaction should not be authorized by same user twice.

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Create 2 user groups with same user.
3. Create 2 level approval rule from "Rule management-> Approval Rule"
4. Set level 1 approver as "Group 1" and level 2 approver as "Group 2" mentioned in step 2.
5. Set "Approval Flow" as "sequential.
6. Ensure one of the approver mentioned in step 4 have opened two tabs simultaneously.
7. Initiate transaction.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transaction is authorized by same user twice.
