Retail User Gets Validation Message 'Please specify password' When User Performing the "Claim Money" Transaction. (Doc ID 2650571.1)

Validation message 'Please specify password' gets displayed when retail user performing "Claim money" transaction Peer to Peer Menu.

Caused by: com.ofss.fc.infra.validation.exception.ValidationException: Validations failed.
[Validation Errors =
Object Name: PeerToPeerPaymentGlobalPayeeCreateDTO, Attribute Name: password, Attribute Value: , Error Code: DIGX_PY_0198, Message: Please specify Password.[password]



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX with Retail User
2. Navigate to "Peer to Peer Transfer" From Menu option.
3. Then select "transfer to Email" option and fill the all required info and submit.
4. The Beneficiary user receives the email for claiming the money.
5. Click on the link to "Claim Money" and select 'New User' and inputs the details for claiming.
