User Profile Create / Update Failed For User Having Mobile Number Field Greater Than 10 (Doc ID 2651148.1)

When attempting to create user profile
the following error occurs.

Validation error : Invalid character

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login ad Admin User in OBDX
2. try to create a retail user profile
3. If Mobile Number contains more the  10 characters , validation error message is displayed to user


Steps to change the configuration in OBDX to allow mobile phone numbers more than 10 digits to be accepted by system 



 NO Change in base application
