Term deposit incorrect accrual (Doc ID 2651509.1)

Symptoms

TD accounts failed to liquidate on maturity due to Frozen status.

Once the Frozen Status is removed, it collected the accrual equivalent to liquidated amount on maturity even thou the accrual was already collected (daily accrual).

Interest to Customer Amount was liquidated properly.
