Payment Cancellation - Tag 11S In Message MT292 Is Being Populated As 103 Instead Of 202. (Doc ID 2651575.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tag 11S should be 202 and Date of original transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tag 11S should be 202 and Date of original transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Process a bank transfer Cross border outgoing transaction. - PXDOTONL
 2. Process from Sanction or any applicable queue.
 3. Once transaction is processed inject MT012 message. Acknowledgment should change to accepted.
 4. Search the transaction from view screen - PXSOVIEW
 5. Cancel the transaction from PXSOVIEW
 6. PXTRNCL - Provide the necessary fields and Save/Authorize.
 7. Check the transaction status in PXDOVIEW : Cancellation Status= Cancelled.
 8. Click on Recall Messages - Requests - MT292 message shoud be generated.
 9. Open the message and validate.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, MT292 is generated with tag 11s as 103 instead of 202.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tag 11S is coming as 103 and Date of original transaction.
