Symptoms

When attempting to create user profile
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Validation error : Invalid character


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login ad Admin User in OBDX
2. try to create a retail user profile
3. If Customer name contains special characters , validation error message is displayed to user
