User Gets Error As Unique Const While Saving Cross Border Template After Deleting Prev Version (Doc ID 2652023.1)

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to modify and save XBorder template after deleting prev version
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00001: unique constraint
PQ-QR-01 : Message does not exist for this error code.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Maker creates a template and Version 1 is created. Checker authorizes it.
2) Maker modify the tag 50 address lines and Version 2 is created. Checker authorizes it.
3) Maker modify the tag 50 address lines and version 3 is created. Maker deletes the version 3.
4) Maker modify the tag50 address lines and tries to save. User gets error.
