Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When user modify a saved contract and input charge, the following error occurs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SE deal with Charges attached to it; save it
2. Before authorization, modify the deal and input charge
3. Save the amendment

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot attach Charge to the SE contract

Changes

Code modified to correct the query that fetches and populate the Charge Association details.
