Field Access Definition in the Access Screen Is Not Working as expected - Two different fields with different names that points to the same column in database (Doc ID 2652583.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Maintain the field "Linkedaccountnumber" and configure as no access to the user A, it works fine. But the "Securitization Enabled flag"  is not working as expected configured for no access.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Field access restriction should work based on access definition for the fields configured

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to setup --> access --> Field access definition
2. Select a specific field and make it disabled
3. Then go to the screen and verify the field should not be allowed to edit.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, Not able to restrict the users as per the access definition for fields configured.
