External Customer account maintenance-Account currency field is editable after clicking save

External Customer account maintenance-Account currency field should not be editable after clicking save

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to External Customer account maintenance screen and save a record.
2. Check for the Account currency field is editable or not


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can change the account currency after saving the record
