View Import/Export LC UI Deformed when Availments are Clicked (Doc ID 2653637.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a corporate user, when the user views any Export/Import LC and clicks on the Availments in the search result, a separate table display with the details. But the headers on this table are not aligned to its corresponding values. Also on clicking on the Availments of any LC, the rows of LC table are shifted up and first row of initiated LC overlaps the header of the table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The details of Availments should be shown separately in a table where table headers should be aligned to its values without disturbing the Import/Export LC table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX as a corporate user.
2.From Toggle menu select --> Trade Finance --> Letter of Credit --> View Import/Export LC.
3. Enter Beneficiary name, LC status and any other fields for search.
4. The search results appear. Click on Availments link for its separate table to display data.
