In CASA Account Statements CSV, Date Field Is Displayed as "#######" and Account Number Is Displayed in Scientific (Exponential) Notation (Doc ID 2653755.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CASA Account statements download in CSV format has below two issues when opening in MS Excel:
1. Actual Account number is shown in scientific (exponential) notation instead of actual account number.
2. In some rows, Date Field is shown as "#######" characters instead of actual date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is Excel should auto format cells contains Actual Account number or Date field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Dashboard -> Left Navigation -> Accounts -> CASA -> View Statement
