Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Value provided in Account Statement Preference mode in StatementPreferenceMode during account boarding and in Migration, system populated it as Undefined.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
StatementPreferenceMode value should migrate correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Board an account with StatementPreferenceMode not as "UNDEFINED"
2. Verify the value after migration.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set the statement preference
