System Encountered Error Occurred for Credit Card Billed Transaction Statement (Doc ID 2653832.1)

When attempting to generate credit card statement for billed transaction
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request,please try again later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as retail user.
2. Click on Toggle menu and go to Credit Crards > View Statement
3. Select account and proceed.
4. For View Options select "Billed Transactions" option.
5. System encountered error appears on screen.
