Securities Batch aborts at Post End of Transaction Input stage with following error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Execute SE batch at Post End of Transaction Input stage

2. Verify if there is any abort faced


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user not able to proceed with End of Day.
