ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to view more than 1 collateral on an Application GET web service request

If an application has more than 1 collateral record associated with an application, when trying to retrieve the application details through the REST web service (/origination/application/{number}) only 1 collateral record is returned. This record does not seem to be specific to primary or enabled values.

In order to properly fulfill customer requirements, all collateral items need to be present on the web request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While retrieving the application details through REST Web service all collateral added to the application should be returned.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On board application with 4 collateral details using Onboard POST web service and verify the application screen for the 4 collateral added in /origination/application/collateral tab.
2. Retrieve the application using the GET webservice and the application should get all the collateral attached which is not happening currently.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the collateral attached to the application if its more than one.
