ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDX List SI functionality not working when Any Instruction/SI mapped to User/CIF having SI end date null then on Repeat transfer screen system gives error

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Repeat transfer screen should open even if SI end date is null.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Create an SI with end date null from UBS system
2)Login into OBDX system
3)view repeat transfer screen is not opening.
