ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying Patch set  19.1.0.2.2. home page does not  appear instead blank screen with header & footer is displayed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The home page should appear with content as designed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Bank URL

Changes

 PatchSet 19.1.0.2.2 was executed as part of the Implementation.
