Symptoms

When attempting to download the schedule inquiry activity in PDF and CSV format,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

PDF - "System cannot process the request, please try again later."
CSV - Blank CSV is downloaded


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Application as a Retail User
2. Download the PDF and CSV format statements for Loan Schedule Inquiry Activity


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the schedule inquiry activity in PDF and CSV format.
