Mailbox Application Throws An Error "System cannot process the request currently, Please try later." While Composing An Email With Attachment. (Doc ID 2656324.1)

Symptoms

When user tries to compose an email with attachment, application throws an error and message is not sent.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently, Please try later.
Critical data constraints were violated, and process could not be completed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX
2. Navigate to "Mail Box" from Menu option.
3. Click on "Mail" sub menu.
4. Click on "Composed Email" button
5. Select category.
6. Enter email details in "Body" section
7. Click on "Attach File" button
8. Attach file.
9. Click on "Send" button.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to send email with attachment.
