On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SWIFT IN- Routing out as FED- Charge Bearer should be BEN if in msg charge bearer is SHA

SWIFT incoming message sent with charge bearer as SHA- created FED OUT contract with charge as SENDER.
Charges are debited to sending bank vostro and message sent with charges as Sender.

As FED out- transaction- there is no charge claim or OUR scenario - chargewhom if SHA/BEN should be sent as BEN charges by deducting the charges from FED nostro.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Charge Bearer should be BEN if in msg charge bearer is SHA

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a FED OUT transaction.
2. Charge bearer is going wrong.
