ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Cannot Transfer Money

ERROR: System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
User Should able to Transfer Money Successfully with generated External Reference number after hitting the CBS.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login to OBDX (Retail) login > Payments > Payments and Transfers > Transfer Money > Existing Payee/My Accounts

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Transfer Money

 There are no changes in the environment, product or hardware that will trigger problem
