Retails User Cannot Request Statement for Current and Savings account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Retails User should be able to Request Statement for Current and Savings account

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX (Retail)
2. Accounts > Currents and Savings > Request Statement
3. ERROR: System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Request Statements from Current and Savings accounts

Changes

 There are no changes in Environment, product and Hardware that will trigger problem
