Symptoms
OTP not received while authenticating user in chatbot , when doing transaction

NullPointerException in logs
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) "Validate" the Bot and run to test it.
2) type "help me " and select balance or directly type "what is my balance".
3) it will ask you to enter mobile number and then send OTP for authenticate, but no OTP is getting sent.
