Faced issues as below on Modification of backdated records from ICDRATMA :

1) When an existing ICDRATMA record is selected for modification, system doesn’t enable the field ‘Rate’ for modification.
2) On removing the record from the multi-entry row and providing the same details and modifying the rate, save system fails with the error ST-AMEND-003

Expectation: System should allow to modify a back dated effective rate record with ‘ALL’ as the branch code and appropriately re-resolve the interest rate applicable for accounts pertaining to this rate code.
