When attempting to do VAMI on the CL account,
the following error occurs.

CL-VAM-018 UDE Effective Date cannot be less than VAMI Effective Date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. BNBDEPOIND floating rate code values are maintained only for the amount of slab 999.999.999.
2. Book a back value dated loan - the amount financed 999.999.999 (equal with the amount slab above) - which is using this rate code BNBDEPOIND and there are several rate revisions triggered between Value Date of the loan and Loan Booking Date;
3. Go in CFDFLTRI and maintain with branch date a new value for BNBDEPOIND, but this time maintain the amount slab as 9.999.999.999;
4. Now go on loan level and perform a VAMI with Effective date = Branch Date --> increase the Amount financed of the loan to --> click on Save
