ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While doing payment via siri, purpose list not fetched and siri extension uses hardcoded 'OTH' value as purpose code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Siri extension should fetch the complete purpose list and it should ask user to select purpose from the list.

Alternatively Purpose code can be made configurable  in app.plist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to mobile app via biometric login.
2. Initiate Siri payment.
