Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
When user clicks on the download button and select the PDF format, the system can not download the statement in PDF format.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
When user clicks on the download button and select the PDF format, the system should download the statement in PDF format.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX - corporate user
2. Go to payments
3. Download Statement - PDF format - It fails randomly
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download Statement in PDF format, randomly
Changes
There are no changes in Environments, products, accounts or hardware that will trigger the problem
