On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PC reject contract, unpaid charges not being applied and also the initial collection fee is reversed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PC reject contract, unpaid charges should be applied as per the the rule maintained and also the initial collection fee should not be reversed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, on reject of PC contract the charges maintained is not applied.
