Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upon downloading account statement for CASA, TD , RD and Loan accounts in CSV format, the downloaded report is blank

but same report is getting data when downloaded in PDF format.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CSV account statement downloaded should have data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user.
2. From Toggle Menu ---> Accounts --> (CASA / TD / RD / Loan) ---> View Statement
3. Click on Download button and select CSV format for download.
