System is not using the values passed in JSON request file for the elements "WarningOkInd" and "OverrideOkInd" (Doc ID 2660183.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank processed the JSON request file using the elements "WarningOkInd" and "OverrideOkInd" as “Y”. After processing UI still shows the value as 'N' for these elements .

Bank unable to change the status of the application as Warning and override indicator is not updated as Y.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should populate the Override and warning indicator values as per JSON request file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Board the application using rest web service
2. Verify the values for columns WarningOkInd and OverrideOkInd in UI  after application is boarded. The values should be as per JSON request file

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Bank unable to process the applications boarded through rest web service
