Symptoms

When attempting to reopen a teller batch,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Batch is Open already

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a teller batch
2. Perform branch transactions
3. Close the batch and try to reopen 


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reopen a teller batch to post transactions required to be posted for the day
