PROBLEM:AC:ACY_UNAUTH_DR/ACY_UNAUTH_CR Has Negative Values Post DE Authroization From DEDBTHAU (Doc ID 2660906.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unauth credit and Unauth debit in negative.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should not be any negative unauth debit and credit in customer account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a DE transaction using DEDTRONL.
2. Post DE transaction is saved and the batch is closed from DEDTRONL, lock the table actb_daily_log from the back end for the batch.
3. Authorize the DE batch using DEDBTHAU and the system will hang.
4. Close the FCUBS window, login again and try to authorize the same DE batch.
5. After 2nd login, a post-authorization button is clicked, release the lock on actb_daily_log.
6. Check the ACY_UNAUTH_DR/ACY_UNAUTH_CR in STTM_CUST_ACCOUNT, which will have negative values.
