Symptoms
Unable to update the formula while performing the VAMI on the contract and when user tries, new window displayed as blank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Value dated Amendment Screen CIDACCVM
2. Go Amendment on Account input Detals
3. Go to Formula and Click on LOV the formula is not displayed with Error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the formula in LOV
