Symptoms

Unable To Authorize CL Account VAMI

We are facing one problem while going to authorize a CL account VAMI. VAMI done for the rate change. Authorizer is clicking on authorize button but its not responding anymore.

ERR_CODE MESSAGE
CL-UTIL01 Failed with $1
SM-09999 Unhandled exception


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a VAMI to change the interest rate of the components having captilaized interest
2. Save the VAMI
3. Authorize the VAMI and verify the Case

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the VAMI of the captialized contract
