Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to do the cancel the forward contract.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FX-CANC02 - Contract could not be cancelled.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a forward contract to be cancelled.
2. Ensure mismatch in forward contract settlement details version flag
3. Try to cancel the forward contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1. User will not be able to cancel the forward contract and settle the proceedings.
