Symptoms

After attempting of patch set 18.3.4.0.0 in Xcode 11.3.0, the following error is observed.
Failed to create IPA & build creation in iPhone devices using latest patch 18.3.4.0.0 in Xcode 11.3.0

 Watch Kit App doesn't contain any Watch Kit Extensions. Verify that the value of NSExtensionPointIdentifier in your Watch Kit Extension's "Info.plist" is set to "com.apple.watchkit".
