ACDTRNQY Showing TRN_REF_NO Instead Of EXTERNAL_REF_NO (Doc ID 2661925.1)

Symptoms

System is showing the TRN_REF_NO instead of EXTERNAL_REF_NO which is the contract reference of the transaction when queried a customer account in ACDTRNQY screen.

Hence when the user clicks on transaction details the system is not finding the record in OLDTRONL.
