Execution of Securities Batch at Post BOD Stage aborts with the following error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute SE batch for Post BOD Stage
2. Verify if coupon population is successful for all relevant Security Instruments
3. Verify if SE batch executed successfully with no abort

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed to next stage of EOD since SE batch is abort
