Symptoms

The system is not allowing to perform RT Transaction and throwing the below error.

ERROR

IF-DAT013 - Cannot Upload Contract for External Reference Number,

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch 1401 screen.
2. Enter the details and enrich
3. Verify whether the system is going to the next screen without any error
