On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

EOD aborted at POSTEOTI stage. The problem still persist after trying several times . The error says Branch POSTEOTI is not in appropriate state to run.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ICEOD once finish should be able to complete

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run IC batch

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the IC Batch
