Symptoms

An error is observed when we click on Manage Debit Card on the Debit Card details screen

Debit card is not mapped with party

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the OBDX application
2. Navigate to Debit Cards
3. Click on Manage Card
