"Insured Operational Amount" Value Is Not Visible Under "Based On" In Business Assumption (Doc ID 2663395.1)

Symptoms

Migrated Business Assumption from 8.0.5.1 to 8.0.6 below functionality were working fine in 8.0.5.1 but not working in 8.0.6

Issue: 1

For an existing Business Assumption, with Category as 'Incremental Cash Flows' and Sub-category as 'Run Off', based on measure 'Insured Operational Amount' is not visible in 8.0.6 environment
 
Issue: 2

In the "Based On" few blank values are appearing (appear as white box without any description but these white boxes can be selected)
