Symptoms Of The Problem:
To open an Account through SWIFT Message, the prerequisite static data should be available in the following tables.
Code - AUTOGENASR - Table- CLIENTCTRYTBL
Code - RAS - Table - SWIFTMESSAGECODETBL
Code - RAS, LKD, SRT - ELEMENTCODETBL
The symptoms of the problem seems to be the static data are missing, so that user is unable to create an Account through SWIFT Message.
