Symptoms
On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET
When attempting to liquidate a contract that is on hold, the following error occurs.

CV-GENIS014 : Account validation failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fire an incoming MT103 message.
2. Check the contract status.
3. Change the credit account.
4. Try to liquidate the contract.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate the contract.
Changes
Credit account for the created(and on hold) contract was changed before liquidation.
