ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CL Acc  Transaction done beyond maker/checker Limit from UDDCLEVT


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects the system to validate the maker and checker limit before processing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to UDDCLEVT , select a CL account
2. Input the amount more than the Maker limit and save the screen
3. Authorize the Transaction for the amount more than checker limit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users was able to process the transaction more than the user specified limit
