Amortization tab under Conversion Screen shows the amounts without decimals

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Conversion screen should show the balances with decimals

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Servicing --> Interfaces --> Conversion accounts screen
2. Open a valid account and go to Account details --> Balances --> Amortize Balances tab 
3. Verify the values for amount  fields

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fund the account from the screen using conversion data.
