Loan calculator throws an error when principal amount property is set to 99999999999999.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the following properties in digx_fw_config_all_b table.
  LOANCALCULATOR_PRINCIPALAMOUNT_MAXIMUM_VALUE =99999999999999
2. Login to OBDX with Retail User
3. Go to Dashboard > My Accounts > Loans and Finances > Installment Calculator
3. Enter Amount, Interest Rate and term
4. Click on "Calculate" button
5. Go to Dashboard > My Accounts > Loans and Finances > Eligibility Calculator
6. Enter Required details and click on "Calculate" button.

Due to this issue, users cannot view loan eligibility and installment amount using loan calculator.
