Change Password Page Unresponsive On OBDX Mobile Application (Doc ID 2664839.1)

Symptoms

 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------

When a user performs change password transaction confirmation screen is stuck .

This issue is observed only on tablet and phones( both ios and android).

Change Password from browser works as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

After change password, on click of Login button displayed on Change password confirmation screen, user should be redirected to login screen.

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new user with first login steps enabled.

2. Login with this new user in mobile app

3. After entering password, on first time login the user is asked to change password as a process of first time login.

4. Enter required password and submit.

5. Confirmation page indication password has been set is displayed along with Login button on it.

6. Click login, no action is executed.
